Something to think on..

I have for the last several years been somewhat perplexed at the attitude of the people in this country. First off when things were running normal (so to speak) the country was racking up debt by the billions faster than we were making it. Sub-Prime lending is in full swing and not a Liberal Voice to be heard. Hell better yet not many voices were heard anywhere. By anyone. 2008 come's around and the American People elected the Savior. Well that is how the song went, you know he came to save the world, Barack Obama oh, oh, oh. Well that has not worked out like they thought. In his time as President we have added some 9 trillion to the debt and this country is getting ready to fall. But that still will not stop the know it all’s who have an answer for everything. I met one the other day, this woman has a liberal solution for everything. You know I figured if she was right we would not have been talking about solutions. Right? The problem is the lack of common sense. Not political solutions. Those have gotten us where we are now. People will only confront the problem when and only when it effects them. These are the same people who say things like Safe Spaces, and Gender Neutral, and these then become their solutions. Labeling. We are about to label ourselves right out of our own country. Oh, wait I forgot, we cannot have pride or call it our country. I think that will offend someone. We have people now who are so embolden by their entitlement they will walk up to a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and declare what type of drugs they take.   And to them it is funny as shit. All you can do is stand there and ponder what the hell were they thinking? Common Sense? They must have drawn a blank on that. No, it is that the pride they and everyone felt for this Nation has fallen back on the entitlement of the individual who finds pride in those types of actions. It amazes me that we have not yet destroyed ourselves. But I fear that’s coming. A good rule of thinking is “Things are not always what they seem”. God help this country!!! We need it badly!!!!

RVing Full Time (Government shutting it down)

I have read an article that disturbs me a great deal. There is a New Regulation coming down the pipe that will change the landscape of full time RVing and gives the Government much more control over the movement of people in this country. It has all started with the rule dealing with Manufactured Home Procedural and Enforcement Regulations. Basically what they want to do is take away an American's right to choose their choice of living arrangements. Without going into all of the legal aspects of this “because it is just Government speak”. I will tell you the basics. If you are traveling full time in an RV, well they do not like that, if you are Retired and sell your house and buy a Bus or large 5th wheel then travel around the U.S. They “The Government don't like this” Why? Because that is considered Off the Grid living. Code words for the Government to regain control over you and the people who choose to live this care free lifestyle. (My personal opinion is they just want Big Banks and Insurance Companies to get their fair share of money. And when you choose to scale down and are not held as slaves to a city or local or Federal Government they have tenuously lost control. And with the Government it is all about control. RVers need to fight this new regulation. If you want to get involved, then you need to write a response to this web site.
https://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=HUD-2016-0013

There is also a website that gives a better insight into what they are trying to do. http://www.theorganicprepper.ca/hud-wants-to-make-living-in-a-tiny-house-or-rv-illegal-03312016

The youtube video explains it in a more easy to understand format. So if you do not want Government overreach then write a comment to the Government website above.

Full Time RVing part 5

This write up will be about the big boys in the RV sizes from 20’ to 45’ and prices ranging from 30.000 to millions. You can buy one for just functionality or just for pleasure. You have two distinct models from Gasoline engine to Diesel Pusher. And in the more creative side they even have a toyhauler model. These RV’s are a large investment and maintaining them is essential. But when you get right down to it they are traveling homes. You can also tow a car or truck behind most of them. You can use a car dolly a flatbed trailer or a Blue Ox towing bar.
 List Price: $104,951
Sale Price:  $76,000
Class A 2016 Front Living Sleeps (5) 1 slides Fuel=Gas.

Class A Gas RV’s are very nice and amazingly very powerful, even with Gas engines. You get the right one you can even tow a pickup.
Now on to the Diesel Pushers, the big boys of the RV world.

Engine:
Cummins ISL turbocharged 450 HP engine 1,250 lb. ft. torque at 1,400 RPM
Slides:
4
Sleeps:
4 people
Fuel Type:
Diesel
Towing Capacity:
15,000 lbs
Don't Pay MSRP:
$482,406
No Haggle Price:
$324,112
Total Savings:
$158,294
Now the Class A Diesel Pusher is much more expensive, but for full time living it is the overall best concept. Still the one thing you have to remember is what is it that you need for traveling. So make a choice to stop by the many RV dealers and pick out what you would need. I wrote this to give a general idea on what is out there, when it comes right down to it there are many choices. Hope to see you on the road.
