Court

Where to start this week. Hum. Well let's start with health care, the ruling from the court was a joke. For the court to point out that you can use this whole case as a tax, made Obama feel shivers down his legs. More Government control. That is all he has wanted from the get go. If the governments broke well just tax them more. This whole health care bill revolved around the same premiss as  the Social Security law. More take over by the government. I guess the people in the government were not making enough money for themselves. This health care bill will bring this country to it's knees. Antonin Scalia got it right. The U.S. is an indivisible "Union" of sovereign States. This comment is more pertienent than all of them. But with the slow take over and regulation from the government states are not sovereign anymore.  And if we keep looking the other way the whole states rights will go by the way side. He went on to say **States have the right to protect their boarders, and the right to execute foreign nationals for murder."He went on to say Arizona's ability to protect its boarders yeild to the reality that congress has provided inadequate funding for Federal enforcement or even worse, to the Executives unwise targeting of that funding". Also "But to say, as the court does, that Arizona contradicts Federal Law by enforcing applications of th Immigration Act that the President declines to enforce boggles the mind"Wow that is a mouth full. But he is right. Coming form the most learned member of the court, everything he said was right on. Now back to states rights. So if the government does not do it's job enforcing Federal law, what should the states do? The states should enforce their laws, arrest the Illegal Aliens put them on a plane and send them to Washington. Drop them off at the airport and let big brother take care of them. States cannot afford  the expense  of this problem, and the government throwing money to the states for a couple of months will not solve the problem. States are Taxed to the limit with welfare, food stamps, medicade, medicare, and so forth. They are broke. How much more will people put up with before they say enough. Also I seen the most amusing thing yesterday when members of congress walked out because of a contempt vote on Eric Holder. They made it out to be racist and the only reason they did that is because he's black and because we have a black President. Hiding behind ignorance  using color and or racisim  really will not help anyones cause for equality.

In America

I sat and watched this half witted President accomplish one thing in this speech he made, pandering to Latino voters. What a tragedy for all of the people who work for years to become US citizens. They do it legally without taking advantage of or gaming the system. They fly the American flag when they become fellow county-man.  They start out the right way and respect the system and honor it with a contribution to the very country they have choose to become a part of. They do not stand in line waiting for hand outs they start small businesses and educate themselves. The money they make stays in the country they love.
On the other hand the ones the president wants to now call legal citizens have by this point, have taken advantage of every social program the country offers, not all of them but a vast majority. The numbers do not lie, do the research. By the age of 30 more than 50% of their money is sent back to their home countries, at this point more than 377billion dollars and counting.
Free college, free food, free housing, free medical care. Come to America illegally and all this can be yours, paid for by our children and their children and their children and so on. So who is really getting screwed here?   (Our children, and the American Dream)

American Politics.

I tried to set and watch this show called congress this morning and it made me sick. Have you people ever watched these grown men and women in action? It's like pulling teeth, just to stay focused on what's going on. They act like a bunch of kindergartners in a class one trying to out due the other. And if you look closer it is even drawn down racial lines, no matter who's right. How this country has survived this long is a question itself. I still think we should fire all of them and try again. This thing we brag about that is our government is a joke. And I can see why people in other countries are laughing their asses off at us. And if you do not believe me just watch it yourself, do the research on how much money we are paying them and their staff to set up their and do what they call work.
