Well to start I am not a professional at the Religious Doctrine. But I do know divisiveness when I see it. For more than 10.000 years the study and belief in A Religion has become part of Humanity. But now and only now we seem to have all of the answers to who is the true God and what Religious books are correct. When and how did we come to this assertion? I read everyday that Now Christians are now following the wrong path, and the Torah is the true path. So in essence we are throwing out the New Testament of the Bible to follow the Old. Islam on the other hand has done the same, even though Mary and Jesus were talked about greatly in the Koran, well now they are not being mentioned at all. And have by all accounts been scrubbed from their history as well. Now the true name of God is more important than just believing. It is a wonder why people are running away from Religion like a plague. The beliefs I grew up with have all been changed to another narrative. It seems to me that we have to either chose to be Jewish or Islamic and Christianity has been left as an unclean version of Religion. And do not tell me it is not under attack because I see it all to often. It is is either one or the other. When Jews are killed all of America roars like a lion but when Christians are killed Americans cower like suffering children.
But what gives these new teachers the knowledge they seem to wield with reckless abandonment? The material for and against religions have been around for thousands of years, but all of a sudden now you know the truth. Seems a bit odd. New Religions have popped up over the last couple hundred years that claim they have the truth, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and so forth. One believes some man in the U.S. discovered Gold plates that had the New Testament of Jesus on it. The other has "as they say" the truth behind them. So many factions all telling different stories. No wonder it is all too much for people to take in.
I guess I am one different human, I started with the traditional teachings, but later starting asking questions. Not a bad thing if people can answer them. But if the answers do not make sense then I am going to keep seeking the truth. I am not very easily persuaded. I see the Universe as a very complex living place where you have to keep asking questions to why we are all here. Most people will say to me "Well you do not believe in God" I say to them will yes I do but not like you do. I know I have said this before but God is much more complex than the explanation that man has come up with. Think about the simplest thing in science "Human conception". But then understand how complex it really is, millions start out and only one makes it. And if you are reading this you were the one who made it. WHY? People have to be able to think for themselves, let them choose the path they wish to follow. Because when you force them or promise they unattainable goals they turn into monsters.
If you want the world to know what a true God is give them accurate information and allow them to follow their hearts. Do not ratchet up your rhetoric to Cult status by using threats of death and promising Virgins or telling people this is the only truth, let them learn and find it for themselves.
I do believe in God and I also believe he gave us all the way back to him, we are born with an inherent willingness to look and answer the very questions we have within ourselves. So before you run around yelling I have the answer, ask yourself if you can answer even the basic fundamentals of Life, Love and Family. Ask yourself is this what the creator of everything really wants "People following blindly without asking why"
As a person of science I get chastised all the time by my peers for my beliefs but I will not allow anyone to stop me from MY pursuit of the truth.
With all the science we have at our fingertips today we still do not understand a percentage point of how we got here, so ask yourself "How smart was the creator of all you see and do not see?" That would be the only person with all the answers.
